According to Dian, Educational Management Governance involves three processes: input value, process value, and output value. Among these three, the most important process is process value. Dian shared the story of Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani, who observed a rock eroded by dripping water. Inspired by this, he continued his studies and became a great scholar.

Additionally, Rudi Permana, a Master’s student in Islamic Education Management, delivered a presentation on leadership in the digital age. According to him, leadership in the digital age emphasizes preparation for change and even creating change itself.
