Friday, April 9, 2021 – Postgraduate Director Prof. M. Mas’ud Said, PhD, delivered a motivational address encouraging graduates of Unisma’s Faculty of Administrative Sciences to continue their studies, speaking at the faculty’s graduation confirmation ceremony (yudisium). The event was held virtually, complying with health protocols while maintaining an interactive format.
Prof. Mas’ud Said’s remarks centered on the strengths of Unisma’s Postgraduate Program, both academically and institutionally, outlining the program’s development, particularly within the Master’s in Public Administration program, for graduates attending the ceremony. His hope was to inspire these graduates to pursue their master’s degree at Unisma’s Postgraduate Program in Public Administration.

In his remarks, Prof. Mas’ud Said explained: “We’re focused on optimizing human resources and advancing technology within Unisma’s Postgraduate Program, so the public continues to place greater trust in our quality and strengths.”
“Unisma’s Postgraduate Program has earned BAN-PT accreditation at both A and B ratings. We’re also in the process of establishing a Doctoral Program in Government Studies, which will open up substantial opportunities for FIA bachelor’s graduates to continue on to both master’s and doctoral study at Unisma’s Postgraduate Program.”
“Our policy of supporting further study also includes offering FIA bachelor’s alumni special discounts and streamlined access to the master’s program. Fresh graduates receive a 25 percent discount, while non-fresh graduates receive 20 percent. This represents a real opportunity for you to build the credentials needed to compete effectively in the job market after graduation.”

Prof. Mas’ud Said further emphasized that strategic partnerships have played a key role in strengthening the Postgraduate Program’s growth and earning broader public confidence. He pointed specifically to Unisma’s efforts to build partnerships across various networks, creating opportunities for graduates to secure employment or apply their expertise professionally after completing their studies, provided their qualifications meet the required quality standards in the job market.
