UNISMA Postgraduate Program hosted the formulation of Pancasila Actualization Index (IAP) for East Java Province on 8 November 2024. The initiative was organized by Badan Pembinaan Ideologi Pancasila (BPIP) in collaboration with strategic partners, including Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR), East Java Office of National Unity and Politics (Bakesbangpol), East Java Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda), and East Java Regional Research and Innovation Agency (BRIDA).

The event was attended by Mukhammad Fahrurozi, Acting Director for Measurement of Pancasila Institutionalization at BPIP, and Nurul Anshori, Acting Head of East Java Bakesbangpol. Also present were Dr. Andriyanto, Head of BRIDA East Java; Prof. Kacung Marijan of UNAIR, who served as reviewer; and Prof. M. Mas’ud Said of UNISMA, who also acted as reviewer in the process.
The IAP recommendation team was chaired by Prof. Dr. Suko Widodo, M.Si. Led by the UNAIR academic, the team produced 19 strategic policy recommendations outlining implementation of Pancasila principles across multiple sectors.
