Doctoral Program in Multicultural Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is distinguished as a program that cultivates Islamic education institution developers with outstanding competencies as conceptualizers, designers, and developers of multicultural Islamic education models that contribute to fostering peace in society.
Scholarship Recipient Requirements
- Copies of East Java ID Card (3 copies)
- Copies of Master’s degree (Master’s/S.2) from an accredited PTKI, certified and authenticated.
- Copies of a recommendation letter from the Islamic boarding school
- Decree of permanent lecturer from the foundation, with an NIDN number from PTKI Islamic boarding school or a decree and lecturer identification number
- Ma’had Aly from the Islamic boarding school foundation and having served for at least 2 years (3 copies)
- A notarized statement (Rp 10,000) confirming that the applicant is not receiving any other scholarships (1 copy)
- Minimum age 30 years, maximum 60 years
- Submit a dissertation proposal aligned with the applicant’s interests and chosen study program
Selection Process
- Registration: July 4–18, 2022
- Administrative Screening: July 19–21, 2022
- Selection by LPPD East Java: August 9, 2022
- Announcement of scholarship recipients: August 15, 2022
How to Apply
- Place all documents in a green plastic folder
- Submit the documents in person to Unisma’s Postgraduate Office, or send them via courier service by July 18, 2022 at the latest
