Dr. Ir. Mudawamah, M.Si, a lecturer in Animal Reproductive Biotechnology, along with 8 Unisma Malang Master’s students in Animal Husbandry, published a book chapter on Animal Reproductive Biotechnology. The publication of this book chapter aligns with the course outcomes for the Fall 2021/2022 semester.
Dr. Ir. Mudawamah, M.Si, stated that the book chapter is one of the implementations of outcome-based learning and research. This output is also supported by funding from Kemenristek/BRIN’s 2022 Higher Education Applied Research Program (PTUPT).

“The content of this book chapter is derived from various studies related to technological developments in large ruminants such as beef cattle and dairy cattle, as well as small ruminants like goats and sheep,” said the Chair of Unisma Foundation’s Business Division.
Furthermore, the recipient of the Best Presenter Award at the 2016 Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Community Service Seminar added that through this book chapter course, students are expected to gain experience in writing books and be able to apply it later in the community.
“Hopefully, this activity can make a tangible contribution to producing high-quality, outstanding graduates of Unisma Malang Master’s Program in Animal Husbandry who are competitive both nationally and globally,” he said.
Director of Postgraduate Programs, Prof. H. M. Mas’ud Said, MM., Ph.D., welcomed this achievement. This achievement is an integral part of Unisma’s Postgraduate Program’s mission to organize and advance education by developing a more modern and professional educational system. (AL/PPS)
