On various occasions, Prof. H. M. Mas’ud Said, MM, has been diligent in maintaining good relations with alumni and mentoring postgraduate students.

Under Mas’ud Said’s leadership, the accreditation of Unisma’s postgraduate programs continues to improve.
The Doctoral Program received an excellent rating from BAN PT. Several other programs achieved very good accreditation, and the Master’s Program in Indonesian Language Education is in the process of obtaining full international accreditation.
It wouldn’t be Mas’ud if he couldn’t build a solid and progressive super team. This former Chairman of the PMII Malang Branch frequently implements strategies to attract new students and encourage them to graduate on time with high-quality results.
With these multi-faceted strategies, it is no surprise that the number of Unisma postgraduate students has continued to rise significantly year after year. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, there was an increase in the number of postgraduate students.
Since 2019, the number of students has increased by an average of 50 percent annually. The total number of students across the 11 programs is now approximately 840 (MS/AL/PPS).
