Behind the fanfare of a candidate’s victory celebration lies a major question about the loyalty of their campaign team. How sincerely do they work toward the candidate’s vision and mission, or are they merely lured by the allure of political bribery?
The campaign team, the frontline of the campaign, often becomes the right-hand man in this illicit practice. They willingly compromise their integrity for personal gain, trading loyalty for a fleeting profit.
When political bribery becomes the foundation of victory, the loyalty of the campaign team must be questioned. Are they truly loyal to the candidate, or are they only loyal to the money being distributed?
Can we expect them to work with full dedication and integrity when the very foundation is built on corrupt practices?

A loyalty born of money politics is like a sandcastle: beautiful on the surface, yet fragile within. Once a storm hits, the castle will crumble, leaving behind the rubble of disappointment and despair.
Loyalty built on money politics tends to be transactional. A campaign team or supporters of a candidate may not truly hold strong convictions or loyalty toward that candidate. They may be bound only by the financial rewards or other benefits they receive. When money politics ceases to flow, or if a more lucrative offer comes from another party, their loyalty can erode quickly. This makes the foundation of such loyalty fragile because it is not based on strong relationships or solid principles.
Loyalty built on the basis of money politics also tends to reinforce the campaign team’s financial dependence on the candidate. They may have grown accustomed to a lifestyle supported by campaign funds, and when that flow of funds stops or decreases, they may feel financially threatened. This can lead to instability within the campaign team, where members may seek alternative sources of income or shift their loyalty to another party offering greater rewards.

Furthermore, loyalty built on political patronage lacks a solid foundation, and campaign teams tend to lack the resilience needed to weather challenges or changes in the political process. When political storms arise, such as scandals or policy shifts, such loyalty easily crumbles due to a lack of enduring commitment. This can leave a trail of disappointment and despair among campaign team members and supporters, who may feel betrayed or lose their way without the promised financial rewards.
