Written Examination Rules for Diniyah Teacher Scholarship, 2021/2022 Academic Year

Participants are required to:

1. Dress and behave appropriately throughout the examination.
2. Use a PC or laptop equipped with a camera.
3. Ensure a stable, uninterrupted internet connection throughout the examination.
4. Join Zoom Room 15 minutes before the session begins.
5. Keep both microphone and camera switched on throughout the examination.
6. Complete identity fields on the provided exam sheet.
7. Finish the examination within the allotted time.
8. Comply fully with these examination rules.

Participants are prohibited from:

1. Joining the examination if arriving more than 30 minutes after it has begun.
2. Causing disruption within the Zoom session.
3. Switching off microphone or camera.
4. Leaving Zoom during the examination.
   • In the event of a network disconnection, a maximum grace period of 5 minutes applies. Failure to rejoin within 5 minutes will be considered a failure to complete the examination.
   • Leaving Zoom Room without clear justification will likewise be considered a failure to complete the written examination.
5. Collaborating with anyone else to complete the examination.
6. Browsing the internet to search for answers.
7. Having another person complete the examination on their behalf (proxy testing).
