This diverse professional background demonstrates the MM Program’s ability to attract practitioners from multiple sectors who recognize the added value of advanced management education in strengthening their career trajectories.

The RPL program is an academic initiative that grants formal recognition to individuals with relevant professional experience or non-formal education. Through this mechanism, students undertake coursework tailored to their existing competencies, enabling them to accelerate their studies and earn a Master in Management degree recognized within the professional sphere.

UNISMA’s RPL program is administered collaboratively by the study program and the Institute for Learning Development and Educational Relevance (LP2RP). Registration follows a dedicated mechanism accessible via the official RPL portal at rpl.unisma.ac.id.
