Two UNISMA Postgraduate Leaders Attend National Training of Trainers for School Principal Development

Since Monday, 28 September 2020, Deputy Director II of Postgraduate Program, Dr. Rulam Ahmadi, M.Pd., and Head of the Master’s Program in Indonesian Language Education, Dr. Akhmad Tabrani, M.Pd., have been in Yogyakarta. Both are participating in the Training of Trainers (ToT) for Instructors of the Phase III School Principal Strengthening Training Program.

The event is organised by Directorate of Professional Education and Development of Teachers and Education Personnel, Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel, Ministry of Education and Culture. The ToT is designed to equip participants as national-level trainers for the school principal strengthening training program.

The ToT will run for one week at Hotel New Saphir, Yogyakarta, with a packed daily schedule running from 08:00 to 21:30 WIB. Training modules delivered include presentations by resource persons (lectures), video screenings and analysis, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills centred on the role of school principals.
