Most students reported feeling satisfied or highly satisfied with academic and administrative services, though some indicated moderate or low satisfaction levels.
Addressing areas where satisfaction fell short, Prof. Mas’ud Said noted that such feedback would serve as material for institutional evaluation aimed at improving overall performance.
Drawing on objective data collected directly from students, Unisma’s Postgraduate Program can now target improvements in areas where service delivery has fallen below optimal standards. (AL/PPS)
