During his remarks at Master’s in Management program event, the Director of Postgraduate Program (Prof. H. M. Mas’ud Said, MM., Ph.D.) emphasized, “One of the strengths of a university lies in its academic output, which can influence national development. Academic productivity can be achieved through research and community service, which must be continuously developed. All existing works are published online. Therefore, there must be guidelines for conducting academic activities. The most important thing is ensuring that our work is free from plagiarism.”

At the opening meeting for the start of lectures in the 2019/2030 academic semester for Animal Husbandry, Prof. Mas’ud Said stated, “The development of UNISMA’s postgraduate program, particularly in terms of student enrollment, has seen an increase of over 100%. Therefore, now we must strive to be even more enthusiastic, and the energy for developing the academic system needs to be continuously enhanced.”

Furthermore, Director of Postgraduate Programs highlighted several areas that need development: First, continuous coordination and communication; Second, lectures require materials to assist students; Third, undergraduate (S1) and postgraduate (S2) programs differ in their academic orientation. While S1 is more theoretical, S2 must be applied. Finally, conduct consistent evaluations.

Activities within Postgraduate programs are carried out in an integrated and continuous manner based on effective cooperation between leadership, program chairs, staff, and students/alumni. This approach has proven to boost the number of new students (student body) across all study programs in UNISMA Postgraduate.
