Universitas Islam Malang’s Postgraduate Program held its first coordination meeting of 2021. Initiated by the Postgraduate Director, the session brought together staff and study program heads on Monday morning, January 4, at 8:00 AM. During the meeting, the Director introduced a new breakthrough regarding the program’s core data management.
M. Mas’ud Said urged staff and study program heads to be more diligent in compiling and processing key educational data, including records on teaching staff, academic personnel, student affairs, institutional achievements, and policy and governance archives, all maintained in a continuously updated table.

This data must be presented in tables or infographics to enable proper assessment and inform future policy decisions.
“In this new year, the Postgraduate Program must keep innovating and build on last year’s achievements so we can improve further in the year ahead. That’s why planning and evaluation need to be grounded in data that’s processed in an integrated way across the entire program,” he told staff and study program heads.
