Information on the Schedule, Requirements, and Terms and Conditions for the 71st Graduation Ceremony

Below is information regarding the 71st graduation ceremony for the 2022/2023 academic year, which will take place over two days, as follows: 

Phase Day & Date Faculty/Program
1  Friday, October 20, 2023, at 12:30 PM WIB Agriculture, Economics and Business, Administrative Sciences, Medicine, Medical Professions, Postgraduate Program
2 Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 6:30 AM WIB Islamic Studies, Law, Animal Husbandry, Engineering, Natural Sciences, KIP

Requirements

  1. Graduation candidates are students who have been declared eligible for graduation based on the Graduation Decision for Odd Semester 2022/2023 (May 2023 – August 2023), which has been approved by the Rector
  2. Pay the graduation fee of 1,650,000 IDR (one million six hundred thousand rupiah) at BRI, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), BTN Syariah, Bank Mega Syariah (BMS), BTN, BNI, Bank Mandiri, or Bank Jatim Syariah by presenting the Virtual Account
  3. Must complete the confirmation form (confirmation of willingness to participate in the graduation ceremony) at bit.ly/WISUDA71UNISMA (Form available from September 25 to October 10, 2023)
  4. Upload proof of graduation fee payment (labeled with your name and MPM) to the confirmation form.

Implementation and Regulations

  1. The graduation ceremony will be held in person
  2. Graduates may be accompanied by a maximum of 2 adult guardians/escorts
  3. Graduates and their escorts must be in good health
  4. Detailed technical regulations regarding the graduation ceremony will be communicated and updated by the graduation committee via the website http://baak.unisma.ac.id/
