All prospective graduation candidates are therefore requested to take note of the following:
1. Requirements
Graduation candidates are students who have been declared to have graduated based on the Rector’s Decree on the Approval of the Odd-Semester Graduation Results for Academic Year 2025/2026, as per the following approval dates:
- January 24, 2026
- February 1, 2026
- February 24, 2026
- March 30, 2026
- April 24, 2026
- December 24, 2025 (Medical and Pharmacy programs only)
RPL students are required to pay a graduation fee of Rp 1,650,000.00 (one million six hundred fifty thousand rupiah) at BRI, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), BTN, BTN Syariah, Bank Mega Syariah (BMS), BCA, BNI, Bank Mandiri, Bank Jatim Syariah, and Bank Muamalat by showing their Virtual Account.
Students are required to fill out a confirmation form indicating their willingness to participate in the graduation ceremony (the form is open from January 26 to February 5, 2026).
Upload proof of graduation payment (labeled with your name and NPM) on the confirmation form.
2. Implementation and Regulations
- The graduation ceremony will be held in person.
- Graduates may be accompanied by a maximum of 2 (two) adult guardians/escorts.
- Graduates and their escorts must be in good health.
- Detailed technical regulations regarding the graduation ceremony will be informed and updated by the graduation
- committee via this website https://baak.unisma.ac.id/
