Postgraduate Lecturers Team Up for Community Service Across Three Malang Areas

Unisma Postgraduate Program lecturers carried out community service together and in rotation. Community service is one of three pillars of higher education’s Tridharma.

Activities followed one another across three locations: Tegalgondo Village, Batu, on January 20, 2022; Wonoayu Village, Malang Regency, on January 26; and Sabilurrosyad Islamic Boarding School, Gasek, Malang City, on January 30.

Lecturers serving in Tegalgondo, Batu, included Dr. Slamet Muchsin, M.Si., Dr. Rulam Ahmadi, M.Pd., Dr. Nur Fajar Arief, M.Pd., Dr. Ahmad Tabrani, M.Pd., and Dr. Mohammad Muhibbin, M.Hum.

Themes varied by location. Tegalgondo, Batu, centered on village development, with community empowerment aimed at accelerating progress. Wonoayu focused on strengthening the local economy through women’s empowerment, while Sabilurrosyad Gasek focused on nurturing cultural diversity among pesantren students.
