The Postgraduate Program of Universitas Islam Malang (UNISMA) convened a coordination meeting to streamline preparations for the upcoming academic year’s new student admissions. The meeting was held on the third floor of the UNISMA Postgraduate building on Friday, February 21, 2020, at 09:00 WIB.
Presided over by the Director of Postgraduate Program, Prof. M. Masud Said, MM., Ph.D., the briefing highlighted key insights from the 2019 new student intake survey, which revealed that the university’s digital presence played a crucial role in student recruitment. “The survey indicates that 48% of students acquired information from our website; therefore, we must significantly bolster our online platform,” the Professor of Government Studies emphasized during his opening address.

In tandem with optimizing digital content, the Postgraduate Program is actively forging strategic alliances with several regional governments through local government scholarship schemes. Furthermore, the institution is broadening its institutional network by initiating collaborations with various public and private organizations.
The Postgraduate Program remains dedicated to delivering premium services to maintain and optimize existing institutional partnerships. By ensuring excellent service delivery, the program aims to continually elevate its academic reputation and solidify public trust.
To optimize offline marketing efforts, the school is also set to scale up the distribution of physical promotional materials across eight designated regional clusters.
