On Thursday, September 26, 2019, Prof. H. M. Mas’ud Said, Director of Unisma’s Postgraduate Program, spoke on East Java’s Demographic Dividend and Challenges in the Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0
The seminar at UINSA Surabaya was organized by Faculty of Science and Technology in collaboration with BKKBN East Java. Prof. H. M. Mas’ud Said stated that the demographic dividend presents many opportunities as well as challenges across various fields. The key is those who dare to try, work hard, and leverage IT can become a productive generation.
To become wealthy, you don’t need a perfect GPA; what matters is perseverance and discovering your talents early on to turn them into a business and income. According to Mas’ud, the ideal young generation must be skilled, proficient in IT, bold in seeking business opportunities, and of strong character.
