Director of Unisma’s Postgraduate Program, Prof. M. Masud Sa’id, received a personal courtesy call from the new visiting professor at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim (Maliki) Malang, Prof. Umi Sumbullah, on Wednesday, August 14, 2019, at the Postgraduate Director’s Office.
Prof. Umi Sumbullah is a professor in the field of Islamic Studies. As a senior figure in an organization, Unisma’s Director of Postgraduate Programs is certainly delighted to see new talent arise.
“Receiving a visit from one of my young colleagues who will soon be inaugurated as a full professor of Islamic Studies (Dirasah Islamiyah) at UIN Maliki Malang. She is a fellow activist, Prof. Dr. Umi Subullah. She is still young, has excellent administrative skills, and diligent. Go for it, Umi!” wrote Prof. Masud Said on his Instagram account @mmasudsaid.

One of the statements Prof. Masud made in his testimonial is that achieving an academic title requires both academic quality and administrative discipline. Often, many people on campus are productive, but lack administrative discipline.
