Rector Urges Graduates to Show Competitiveness

The rector of Unisma urges graduates in graduate programs to show competitiveness in society. This message was conveyed to the participants of graduation ceremony which was held at the Abdurrahman Wahid Hall, Ali bin Abi Tholib building, 7th floor. 

The rector, who is professor in Islamic education, said that the achievements of graduate program in the last 2 years continued to increase. This good achievement is also expected to be supported by graduates who demonstrate competitiveness in their work place and society in general.

Before the welcoming speech, there was the graduate report conveyed by Prof. M. Masud Said, MM., Ph.D. The graduation is intended for the odd semester of the 2019/2020 academic year, totaling 116 graduates..

After rector’s welcoming speech, the next agenda is announcing  the best graduates from each study program by vice director 1, Dr. H. Nur Fajar Arief, M.Pd. The leaders gave appreciation to these outstanding students.

There were 12 students who were named the best graduates. They are 3 graduates are from Multicultural Islamic Education Doctoral Program including Dr. Sauqi Futaqi, Dr. Irmawan Jauharim, and Dr. Muhammad Hifdil Islam,1 graduate from each Masters study program.

The best graduates from Masters program include: Gusfarisa Rafika Putri, M.Pt from Masters in Animal Science, Emy Zuroidah, M.Pd from Masters in Indonesian, Tri Nuzulia Nurhuda, M.Pd from Masters in English Education, Ach. Jalaluddin Ar Rumi, M.H from Masters in Islamic Family Law, Agus Santoso, M.Kn from Masters in Notary.
