Masters in  Notary Day: Signing of MoU and Having Guest Lecture

Masters in Notary of Unisma Graduate Program Unisma held a Guest Lecture as well as signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Saturday, October 3, 2020. This event is also a new student orientation.

Before the presentation of the material from the guest lecturers and the signing of the MoU, this event began with the introduction to Masters in Notary study program. The event was guided directly by the head of study programof Maters in Notary, Dr. Sunardi, SH., M. Hum. The Masters in Notary head introduced approximately 13 home-based lecturers consisting of Academics, Notaries, and Land Deed Making Officials.

After the introduction to the study program and the teaching board, the agenda continued with a speech by the director of the graduate program, Prof. M. Mas’ud Said, Ph.D. In his speech, the member of the East Java Expert Council conveyed the vision and mission of the graduate program. In addition, this professor of government science advised students to be proactive to lectures.

After the speech, the agenda continued with the signing of the MoU between the Unisma Graduate program, which was represented by the Director and Head of the Masters in Notary in Study Program with the Batu City Public Prosecutor’s Office by Dr. Supriyanto, SH., MH, chief attorney general of the Batu city

The Guest Lecture was held shortly after the signing of the MoU by both parties. The theme of the guest lecture was “Criminal Acts by and in Relation to the Main Functions of a Notary” which was delivered directly by the Head of the District Attorney’s Office of  Batu City.

In addition to conveying the material, the chief attorney general of the Batu city said that the Notary profession has an important position in the current era. In addition, he reminded students to be active in lectures. (Nad/Al/PPS)
